Fawn Mckay

Fawn McCay, was born in Ogden Utah September 15, 1915. Fawn McKay, brought up in the Mormon Church's First Family, employed her creative talents and skills in researching to produce the intriguing biographical psycho-historical study of Joseph Smith. Published in 1945 under the title"No Man knows My History, she used both. This title was inspired by an 1844 funeral sermon preached by Joseph Smith, the Church of Latter-Day Saints' founder. My history is unknown to anyone. Nobody knows my story. Fawn (29 year old) said that, since her moment of candor, three-hundred writers have risen to the event. Certain writers have deified and even abused him, while others attempt to identify the cause. The problem isn't the case that there's not enough documentation however they're wildly contradictory. It is a matter of separating personal testimony from third party plagiarism and fitting Mormon-and non-Mormon-narratives into a cohesive mosaic of reliable historical facts. This is exciting as well as instructive. Such was the task to which Fawn Brodie put her professional energy into. Thaddeus Stevens. Stevens became immortalized through her writing and by the results of her studies. The Devil Drives (1959) Scourge Of The Southern Thomas Jefferson. Richard Nixon, An Intimate historiography (1974) Posthumous.
